From SMT to Finished Product: Four Core Production Lines
Walking into the workshop, the first thing that catches your eye is the high-speed SMT pick-and-place production line.
SMT Pick-and-Place Line — Eight fully automated SMT lines operate around the clock. From solder paste printing and high-speed component placement to reflow soldering, the entire process is automated. The placement accuracy of dozens of components on each PCB reaches ±0.025mm. Solder joint quality is verified through dual inspection systems — 3D SPI solder paste inspection and AOI optical inspection — keeping the defect rate below 0.02%.
Complete Unit Assembly Line — After SMT, PCBs are transferred to the assembly workshop. Smart switch panels, LED drivers, sensor modules, curtain motors — each product line operates in its own dedicated zone with standardized work instructions and error-proof fixtures ensuring every assembly action is precise and consistent.
Finished Product Testing Line — Assembled products enter comprehensive functional testing. Every product undergoes:
- Electrical safety testing (withstand voltage, insulation, grounding)
- Functional logic testing (dimming, color tuning, communication protocols)
- Wireless signal testing (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / Zigbee connectivity)
- Load simulation testing (4+ hours of loaded operation)
Aging Test Workshop — Products that pass all tests enter the aging phase. They run continuously for over 48 hours in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment, simulating extreme usage conditions to identify potentially failing components before they ship. Only products that pass the aging test move to the packaging line.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) — Every batch of LED beads, IC chips, capacitors, and resistors undergoes sampling inspection before warehouse acceptance. Non-conforming batches are returned in full. Critical components undergo 100% inspection rather than sampling.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) — Production lines are inspected every 2 hours, with focus on soldering temperature profiles, component placement offset, and screw torque parameters.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) — Finished products are sampled according to AQL standards before shipment, ensuring consistent quality across every delivery batch.
