What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
For standard products, MOQ starts from 100 units. For customized orders (branding, firmware, housing color, packaging), MOQ is typically 300–500 units depending on the customization scope. Mixed-container loading across product lines is supported, so distributors can combine panels, downlights, sensors and curtain motors in one shipment.
How long does sampling and production take?+
Functional samples are ready in 7–15 days. Mass-production lead time depends on order volume and customization, and is confirmed in your written quotation. Send your specs and target quantity — you will receive a detailed technical proposal and factory-direct pricing within 48 hours.
What certifications do your products carry?+
Our factory operates under ISO9001 quality management. Product lines carry CE, 3C, CQC and TÜV Rheinland certifications. For export projects we provide documentation and lab-testing support for UL / ETL / FCC and other target-market requirements.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?+
Yes — both. OEM: take our certified product lines under your brand, with logo engraving, custom packaging, localized manuals and firmware branding from 100–500 units. ODM: our 60+ engineer R&D team (40+ patents) develops your concept from industrial design, PCB and tooling to mass production. NDAs available on request.
Which smart-home ecosystems are your products compatible with?+
Products run on PLC + BLE Mesh architecture and integrate with the Tuya ecosystem, with a Matter bridge for cross-platform compatibility — working with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings and Home Assistant.
What trade terms and logistics options do you support?+
We ship under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Export-grade packaging and full pre-shipment inspection are standard. Our team handles export documentation; mixed-container consolidation is available for distributors stocking multiple categories.
Where is your factory? Can we visit or audit?+
